3/17/2024 3:11am Not cryptic. Just vague descriptions of a circumstance someone can't disclose in French either translated into English or a French person trying to speak English and it being transcribed. Just read the whole gibberish as "I'm being vague and not saying anything"

2/16/2024 9:48am Aaron Gwin / Gwin Racing on CRESTLINE frames. Also a change to e.thirteen tires as noted in the photos. Dig into the PR for deets, he's part owner of Crestline through this deal. We chatted last night and being part owner of a brand or even starting his own brand was something he'd wanted to do for a few years now and this was the opportunity to get that done. Instead of rushing a podcast yesterday, we're going to talk with him next week after the dust settles, so if you have any questions, let us know! -gordo Official PR...

2/11/2024 2:12am Yea definitely not the worst as it allows for a longer stroke shock in a smaller package but even with perfect alignment, the triangle pattern of the eyelets transmits significantly more frame/linkage flex into shock verses a standard eyelet. Shocks really shouldn’t be a structural element in a perfect design imo.

2/11/2024 2:11am Bikes are really freaking good these days. It is not going to be a revelation each time a brand launches or updates a bike. The tagline Vital put to it was: "Subtle but significant changes keep the all-mountain ripper alive and well." Meaning it is an update, not a whole new bike or platform. Were you hoping for 200mm travel, 90 degree STA, 45 degree HA, and 23 pounds? For the last decade it seems that every bike is lower, longer, and slacker. That only works to a point. Bikes have settled into pretty great categories. At this point the...

1/21/2024 10:39am Taking into account how talented a rider must be to get to a competitive place in the world cups and how far the bikes have progressed, I would guess that it is 70% rider's mental ability, 20% rider's physical ability, and 10% differences in frame and component technology in the present day. I have no data to support those percentages other than gut feel. To expand on the guess above, I feel like a rider that's in a bad spot mentally will never be able to approach the track speed where they are at their physical limit, or the limit...

1/9/2024 11:26am To be honest the welds joining the front shock eyelet to either part of the downtube are fairly obvious... Even on a mobile screen.

12/30/2023 2:44pm Thats sick but I want that fork. To be honest if it worked at 160mm Id take it just for the advantage of having a perfectly aligned stem. I know, first world mtb problems.
