If Hart and Brook get lucky, they will end up with bonus intensive contracts and maybe a $15k salary with how late in the cycle things are. Most big names get their offers before the end of the previous season.

That was close in Loudenvielle last year with Dylan being 6th at a hair of podium... Also pretty close for Brendan and Dean in 2019... not mentioning seven world-cup win for Marine and countless podiums...

The Giant option of the bar stem combo has degrees and mm adjustments for roll length and angle on stem. They use an eccentric spacer around the stem. I rode those bars at a demo, and was surprised that they felt at the right place for me.

I talked with my son (who is the racer in the family.. enduro not DH as of now) about it after I listened to it and told him there was a lot of good advice and takeaways in the episode. I'm going to have him watch/listen to this, now, since I'm pretty sure he didn't listen to the podcast.

It's funny because as we were recording this we had joked about how this could be it's own episode, but Jason didn't have the time to edit it into it's own thing so he left it in the Snowshoe or Les Gets episode haha however, having it stand alone seems to make more of an impact/carry more weight which is really cool to see
