Great question! FYI, Garmins (and other GPS devices) are significantly more accurate than the GPS in a phone, so if you're trying to time runs using Strava, it really pays to have a dedicated GPS device. In addition to that, Strava knows and advertises the limitations of their GPS segments, which you can read about here: https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216918227-Optimizing-Segme… TLDR: any segment that's around a minute or less is likely to produce inaccurate times, switchbacks are bad if they're near a start or end point, other trail segments nearby will confuse the GPS and may produce faulty segments, all of which can...

Having spent several years frequenting the different venues on the DH and EWS circuit I found MSA and Snowshoe to be more the exception than the rule. Hop on google maps and have a look at where most of the European rounds are hosted. Leogang has limited lodging and is basically a gravel parking lot that just appears along the side of road; Val di Sole is only slightly better but most of the accommodations are closed during the summer and there's very little in terms of accommodation and dining on site; Lenzerheide requires almost everyone to be bussed in...

Cameron did run before the rain. If you look at the seeding times you’ll see an equally track comparison. Aletha had her by I believe 15-17 seconds. Not taking anything away from Cameron at all with that being said she is an amazing rider as well.

I think it’s fair game to question Jesse. I’m no pro mountain biker but from my own professional experience I’d say it’s pretty uncommon to know exactly what kind of a deal the guy at the desk next to you is getting. That being said Jesse is a World Cup winner in the sport that we all love and frankly we’re lucky to have him here. Show the dude some respect
