But it's the best, it keeps my skin soft after a day of bleeds.. The DB8's lever feel is excellent but I've yet to have any real world feed back if them being ridden hard on long descents. I'm a Shimano brakes guy but I do enjoy a properly set up pair of codes from time to time.

Less refined too. I sincerely hope they stay on DOT fluid as long as the brakes are as good as they are. I don't want to deal with some proprietary baby oil fluid...

no it doesn't, actually. shimano dura-ace track gourp 7710 debuted in 1996 and has not had a single update since. there's no reason to replace it. just like saint works, best brakes in their line-up, ain't broke, don't fix it. sram is the reason things come out so fast now, they don't wait until a product is fully ready, they just release it, and update every 2 years. shimano just doesn't do that, they are a bit because of the competition, but i guaranty shimano would still have us on 11 speed and front derailleurs is sram didn't shake things...

It’s an old race face post. I actually have a Magura Vyron but the remote isn’t here yet. I got the frame for $700 so for an experiment wanted to see what it rode like.

This frame does look like ass but at least it’s aluminium. If they’ve found a way to make aluminium frames financially viable again I’d say that’s a good thing. I for one am super excited to see how and where their new downhill frames are made when they hit the market.

I'm not buying this unless they can engineer the automatic pressure release valves to sound like farts.

DXR was launched for the inaugural bmx at the olympics in 2008 and Dura Ace 7710 (track) is older than the hills (1996).

As someone who still used dura ace downtube shifters, civil war tech is still ok

Even with the power calibration and weigh in, it would be so easy to cheat (manipulate/program scale, fuck with power config after filming the config) since there's no chain of custody or security from the organizer to the equipment being used. Idiots "weight dope" in Zwift already in recreational races, it's embarrassing really. Same with esports in general, lots of cheating by players to gain cred/ranking in the community. I agree there's benefit to esports, especially for disabled kids, but not sure on school teams yet. I played competitive counter-strike growing up (yeah I'm a nerd) and for sure you...

NORBA still hates you. Big thanks to all the organizers putting together legit local and regional series outside of the USAC nonsense.

Saint holds the record for a product series, although I'll add there are certain individual products that have been in the Shimano catalog forever, like the PD-M520 non-series pedals (2003?) and PD-M647 DX pedals (2006?) and the Dura Ace downtube shifters (Civil War?).

Really really hope its a DH bike. It should be a punishable crime making that guy ride a trail bike with a dh fork slammed on the front.

There's this part, "Kyle will also have his hand in designing several forthcoming models, injecting a bit of the Natty Daddy into the Vitus gravity line."
