A response to a post I left on the PB thread... " you are correct. We had an entire organization of employees based in the US that were ready to keep this brand alive. Most of us have been there for 5 plus years and made North America over 50 % of YTs business. Instead Markus choose to screw us over and will try and reopen with all new staff and under his control. We are all at peace with it. We took care of so many customers the best we could. US was constantly bottle necked from YTG. We...

Not for nothing, this was exactly how it went down with the last YT USA operation. Lies, breach of contract, hubris- it all has a common denominator: Markus. There is much more to the story, but I ain't Brines, won't type it all out...haha! It sucks that so many people were affected by one guy's ego. Hopefully the crew can...

I’m sorry, but I am not a Stark fan. I try, but I can’t do it. That was 4 minute edit that had 2 lines that were remotely Rampage applicable. The first line took up a full minute forty of time and was essentially filler features at Rampage. The remaining edit was dirt jumping on a DH bike.

Someone work for GasGas. Those rubber bumpers are always there for a reason. These plastic farings serve no other purpose than to appeal to the moto crowd. That’s not a necessarily a negative thing because at least they’re removable for the rest of us so we don’t look like complete dorks at the trails

Like what Canyon used to do with the Spectral? That system was pretty great. Part of the reason cables have gone inside is to reduce cable rub/wear on frames and said cables/lines. The system on the GasGas does not fit either bill, but it's a good shout on the impact protection. Ableti, Dario on PB pulled them from his bike because they rattled, which is probably why those rubber bits you mentioned are glued. There will always be a compromise and folks will often disagree as to which is the best method.

Maaaaaan, you don't even know how friggin cool this is to see! In 2005 my buddy had access to build some of the first trails on Alyeska. He parlayed that into a full-time crew by 2008 which I was a part of and we built the first legitimate trails, at the time only on the lower mountain. To see it expand all the way to the top and have you guys go up there for a proper mission is just awesome. Makes me miss those Bake Shop cinnamon rolls! Also, using Hum is legit and 100% spot on. Must've really...

Best bet if you aren't knowledgeable on these types of exercises is to find a trainer, or enroll in your local Crossfit gym, that will get you most of the way there without being to specific. Overall health, strength and fitness will usually pay dividends.

Your question is sufficiently vague as to mean anything. It depends what you want. You want explosive power and raw strength? Better go move heavy stuff. Need to improve your endurance? Lower weight high rep has worked well for me. need to work on balance and mobility? That’s a separate way to work out. Or do some yoga classes. Want to lose weight? That’s a kitchen exercise, not a gym exercise. so step 1 is identifying your goals and weaknesses and building on them. there are no shortage of coaches to help with specific goals. I’ve found Ben Plenge and...

We saw Rachel Atherton at the Safeway nearest Laguna Seca and asked her if she wanted to come party with us. She said no. I got smoked in sport DH the next day.
