My silliest race run ever was the also my 1st 50+ race at that National. Missed my "seeding run" & had to start 1st in class. Sky opened up just biblical as I got in the gate. Got to the 1st turn & it was glass from there down. Brick hard red clay lubed more than Bert Reynolds in the movie Striptease. I've never hit a sapling harder in my life. Launched and landed in the tree canopy down the mountain & parachuted through them to earth. 😁 On my way to re-up with USAC now.

203 and the evil spawns of 223, 226 and 246 mm rotors should die a quick death. That and all brakes going back to DOT and all would be well in the brake world.

There is limited advantage unless some go with aero solutions and others do not. If everyone is in a skin suit, then everyone is just that much faster. If Neer is gonna run MSC, hopefully J Work(Downhill Rockies) can focus on re-building gated racing out west… together? With the cost of…. everything being so dang high, it’s time to bring back more DS, Dual and 4x… More affordable bikes(heck you can use your NiCA rig) and the right bikes for all the muncipal flow spots that are popping up everywhere!
