Front Hub configuration, style, and bearing size have little influence on the performance that you get out of a conventional or "right side up" MTB suspension fork. This is due to the fact that the lower legs are one-piece, connected by the lower leg fork brace. The same cannot be said for manufacturers of inverted MTB forks. With an inverted design, the hub ties the two lower legs together. The more robust the hub, the more robust the performance from the chassis and vice versa. Is it possible that we'll see a shift in front hub designs as Inverted forks...

I had no idea so many people were running 60mm stems in 2026. I thought since like 2020 50mm was the absolute max with 40 and 35 being most common.

i dont know how things play out for Ed... But if this means no WynTV and no Ed Bull Media House next year... as well as a limited Vital Raw schedule again? we're up a certain creek without a particular paddle ideal scenario would be wyn and ed teaming up, figuratively and literally, and being able to cover the races with each other. wyn more on interviews and ed more on riding. i dunno... a man can dream

I can actually provide some feedback here to the maven base vs all other flavors of maven conversation... unfortunately, @TEAMROBOT took most of the words right out of my mouth. I have 3 sets of maven brakes on my bikes, Experts, Bronze and Base. I am running 200mm HS2 rotors and metallic pads on all of the setups. I recently bought the maven base to put on my trail bike as I was having a hard time running mavens on 2 of my bikes, and then TRP DHR Evos on my trail bike.
