Long live The Union. A fraction of the budget and a bigger stack of results than so many high-dollar teams out there. Their absence tells the story of things to come.

Adding a bit. Since the setup is quite similar to Hayes Nines, you shouldn't need to bleed to swap the pushrods out. Check below: 1. Remove the wheel and pump the brake a couple times to advance the caliper pistons. 2. Remove the lever blade from the body. 3. Remove the snap ring holding the pushrod in and remove the pushrod. 4. Install the new pushrod, reattach the lever. 5. Push the caliper pistons back into their bores. Why do this? Simple. By advancing the caliper pistons you create a slight vacuum in the system. This should be enough to...

I can't remember exactly when I got them but I think it was about 2 years ago. I did not remove any oil and was able to get it to work. But this made it more difficult because you're fighting the pressure and you have to push the piston in far enough to get the sur clip in the right...

Who’s gonna be the hero to make a mass damper with only parts from Home Depot? I’m thinking PVC pipe and caps, springs from the random hardware section and maybe a stack of nuts on a piece of all thread for the weight. Bushings smaller pvc pipe? Edit- springs could be bungee cords too. That would be ideal. Nice and progressive

dak in action. let's take in all the bike-calming parts on this bike. pic by Jack Rice sprung mass dealie, e13 sidekick hub and STFU. and that's just what we can see. considering 2nd thru 11th place were separated by just 2 seconds in qualifying yesterday, i'd be all about zen'ing the crap out of my bike too! his hair has to damp the movement of his head too, so double win.
