Matbe you're unaware the pedals on a moped are just for getting the engine to start and have no effect once the engine is running. The pedals basically become pegs while the engine is running.

This was fairly entertaining. MTB Bikes are RAD. I want to get shreddy, I like to get shreddy, I need to get shreddy. I’m gonna get shreddy on my anolog bike as I have been for 20+ years and now I’m gonna also get extra shreddy on eBikes because they are super duper rad. I’m gonna not be a dick to other trail users even though they are often entitled dicks themselves and deserve a good kick in the nutz - of course I won’t. I’m gonna ride legal trails and I’m also gonna poach trails (where I live it’s...

I agree. I know this sounds weird, but if you actually ride an ebike, you understand this. It is totally not a motorcycle. You still have to pedal on ebikes. The feeling is more like someone is pushing from behind, not a motor laying down horsepower. If you don't ride bikes normally, of course you may be a bit intimidated by it (Point #5, the first #5 that is). But that's what learning and practicing is for. And for those of us who actually ride bikes: Learning and practicing is FUN. My 2 cents is that the more I ride...

"The industry also needs to stop presenting that we are somehow better than motorized users because we have to pedal to access that power. It is immaterial that a motorcycle does not have to be pedaled." Nope. Pedal assist (along with speed caps) is the clear differentiator from a traditional motorcycle. There is a big difference between how you ride something with pedal assist and how you ride something with a throttle. With an eBike you get assistance on the way up (the power isn't free and is still limited by user output). On the way down you ride it...

Seriously, what did he say that wasn't true? Anyways, thank you vital for being the first cycling outlet that I've seen to have covered or given Kyle a voice. Better late than never I guess. Kyle, you're a hero and are in our thoughts and prayers!

Kyle, I am sorry for your vax side effects. But you and many who are crippled or worse ( i personally know 5 people who have died from vax clots resulting in strokes and heart attacks, one was today a coworker and what about Sonny Colbrelli in the Vuelta today? ) . If you want to be brave stop referring to it as "complex". You should be angry. These were not effective Vax's at best and intentionally meant to do harm at worst. Stop making excuses and hold the politicians, pharma and media responsible for misleading you. I knew what...

Never forget that this virus came from China, created in the Chinese Communist Party Wuhan lab, funded by the US gov’t. Love you guys. I’m so sorry to hear about everyone’s experiences with this ugly time in human history.

Next year: mandatory thumb amputation to race in the US. It's their rules, their terms to enter their country. If you can't accept that don't race and don't complain. Mandatory thumb amputation gives you an opportunity. Great logic!

Yes, where we have among the lowest ChinaFlu death rates in the nation, despite having the highest rate of Elderly in the nation. NY, NJ, CA and others who have idiotic mandates sure wish their death rates were as low as ours..... Why again is it AOC was just here? With out a face diaper?

Pisgah - congrats on drinking the Kill-Aid. Our data, you know, at our facilities where we see our patients does not at all correlate with the narrative that you are reading. We had a PT just last week (very gifted MTN rider). He was presenting with abdominal pain. DX was quite clear and he was scheduled for the surgical unit. THREE TIMES he refused a ChinaFlu test (as is his right). While he was under anesthesia for a laparoscopic appendectomy they tested him (against his will) and after that....you guessed it! Hospitalized for ChinaFlu! (he was there a total of...

Um, equal trade, shot for shot. But, what do I know? I am only in healthcare administration all day everyday. The number of shots we spray in sinks (and provide documentation as if it was injected). If you had your lemming shot...why do you care (other than its proven to be just about worthless...all brands). Easy or the lemmings to pass judgment. Please, try to get educated.

Unlike dictator Griz who has been watching too much CNN, I feel any aspect of a racer's medical health aught to be made by the racer. I also think it's absolutely ridiculous to mandate such medical requirements when it's neither been proven safe or effective. I'm seeing way too many first hand complications (specifically heart related issues) from young and healthy individuals that statistically would have been fine had they acquired their immunity naturally by contracting COVID. We've turned this into a much larger mess than it needed to be. If you want the vaccine, get the vaccine. If you...

Yea seems Griz thinks all the top world cup racers are vaxxed. Haha. Would be shocked if it was over 50% if you're including XC and DH.

You must not realize that professional athletes, though a very small portion of the population, are on average likely the least vaccinated demographic you can find.

French folks. History is ripe with so many French failures and tactics. Come at me with ChonaFlu shot, mine is 9mm of prevention..shot for shot. Shame the US had to change the definition of "vaccine" for their deboggle and lies. Lets go Brandon!
