12/26/2025 11:50am Hi, does anyone have experience doing their own rim swap with a warranty replacement from Reserve? The way it normally works is Reverse sends the bike shop the rim and they give them a credit ($100usd/$120cad) for the labour. Has anyone had the rim sent straight to them a built it themselves?
