Not exactly an innovation per se; but Raaw has started offering the option to rent a toolbox full of all their adjustments included. You get it for two weeks so you can decide if any of those adjustments make sense before you buy. And, get a discount when you do decide to buy something afterwards. I think there could be some money left on the table, but I think staying at a place that seems to have less pressure placed on him is better as he moves up to elite. No matter what you did in juniors, it's a bigger jump than most realize..

Also Neko has been smart to get non bike industry sponsors who have significantly bigger pockets, like loc-tite and WD40. Yes they don't have a team truck like Trek or Canyon, but that doesn't mean they're not able to pay well.
