10/4/2026 8:08pm It’s runs like Kai’s that make me miss Rob Warner. These commentators are talking like Kai rides for Frameworks, when if they were on site or talked to enough riders and managers they would know he had to borrow Dedora’s FW bike because his bike broke during the flight to NY. If WB wants to tell stories and create drama, then it’s crazy to me how they miss little details like that.

10/4/2026 9:07am my question is not how, but why. Why is Whiteface interested in spending so much money on a World Cup when there is minimal mountain biking infrastructure in Lake Placid and no bike park? Why did they spend all of that money, then bungle the permits and build a substandard course which they lost or gave up a portion of?

9/26/2026 11:46am What a day! Oil Clark was the standout to me today in multiple sections! Dude was on the gassssssss! Reece pulled some wild lines. Kasper Woolley with the finesse on the highest line in the rock section was nuts! Jackson looked fluid as always and fast. Finn was on it all day too.

9/25/2026 2:10pm If they did a team replica now it would be at the end of (very long) life cycle for the components that the team uses. I expect there will be a team replica in the first half of next year 😉

9/9/2026 6:55am Working through some of the suggestions, I think I'm going to give the following setup a try and report back with long-term results. WAO Deal (offset carbon rim), DT Swiss Alpine III spokes on brass nipples, Maxxis New DH casing DHR2, and we're gonna give Rimsaver a shot as well. Thank you all for your input!

9/7/2026 11:03am This video was cool because it showed how separate the rear shock and tire are from each other, despite working in series. These are the most sophisticated full suspension bikes on the planet, and it's still a shitshow back there, with everything moving at a different time in the sequence and at a different speed. I need to watch this video ten more times to figure out the exact sequence of what's moving in what order, how fast, and how far.

8/22/2026 7:44pm re: rushing the finish, in a chat of videographers at the race, filmer, TJ Smith is going to get x-rays on his leg as he was smushed in the melee near max at the end and it was reported that a girl in the crowd was removed w/ a bone sticking out of her arm (compound fracture). perfect storm of racing, fans, alcohol and narrow spaces. lawlor said he was near a barrier before the end of the race and realized it was a bad idea and got away from it. it was leaning in at 45 degrees once everyone...

8/6/2026 2:42pm Just buy a DH bike with steep seat tube angle and run a dropper post and full drivetrain. Then you have the best of both worlds! Frameworks for the win. And for those complaining it ruins drivetrains, this XX group (minus chain replacements) has been running strong since Jan. 2023.

8/5/2026 3:07pm Yes - I’m my case at least. Have 1.5kilo scuba weight strapped to the bottom of my Single speed V10.8 park rig. I love it set up like this. Increased the frame weight by nearly 30% down at BB and have no cassette or cable weight on the rear wheel. Works out the quite the change in handling characteristics in my experience

7/31/2026 2:22pm They have nothing wrong with their bikes. Like remove the brand from the frame and Im intrigued. But you put ari on it and I just hate it. Astroturfing, diapers and basic bikes to look like theyre apart of the same boat as Canyon or Specialized, then they just have this design… they just infuriate me lol.

7/31/2026 2:22pm Am I the only one that thinks using a bike diaper to hide pretty basic suspension is kinda lame. I guess it gets the people talking though.
