this is how the grassroots enduro events are run on the east coast of Australia. It's called superflow. The tracks aren't gnarly but usually high speed at race pace. Honestly I see 53lbs as a win when my gen 3 Bullit is 53lbs and it's carbon. The Atherton is 7075 aluminum which to me is the holy grail of frame materials. Light enough, and can take impact from big rocks (like those in the Dyfi valley) without becoming compromised like carbon. We can also assume the range will be better than the current 600wh offerings. When they say "full size" battery I'm guessing it's just embargo-speak, and a new battery is coming along with the new Avinox motor too, almost-certainly with better energy density. 53lbs is perfectly acceptable for...

The "Grassroots Enduro Series" in Ireland does (did? I moved away a few years back) that. The venues are usually relatively compact (as are the Irish mountains) and all stages are open from say 0900 to 1500 and you can race the stages as many times as you like in whatever order you wish. Always a good day out with (for me) the focus on riding fun new (to me) trails with a bunch of mates. Cheap entries too. EDIT: Link to series website: https://grassrootsenduro.com/

I find the Argotal knobs to be too high for an intermediate tyre, I prefer to run a Kryptotal Rear at the front for similar reasons to the ones described in this article. Kryptotals also seem to be the longest lasting rubber for a given level of grip by a country mile.
