The difference is that RSC is anodized, which includes the insides of the lever body and the caliper, which means a smooth, hard coated master cylinder bore resistant to wear. Just passing this along: The Monster Energy Pro Downhill Series second race of the series is this weekend at Mountain Creek Bike Park in New Jersey. Last year's winners in New Jersey were Aaron Gwin and current US National Champ Kailey Skelton. $4,000 first place prize for Pro winners. Juniors can choose to race in the Pro class. Last year Aletha Ostgaard raced in 3 of the Series races and took two firsts and a second. With a 3-week gap between the Monster Energy race and the World Cup in Loudenvielle, maybe more World Cup racers will enter this week.

My observations: Top jump injuries = lawsuits. Course builder, event organizer, sanctioning body ALL are competent enough to get it right first time. The SX rattles, is inefficient & the battery is a bit small. The F60 is superior and the TQ60 is FAR superior. Heck even the RM SL motor is a better package in my estimation. Soon we'll have the Maxon Air S in a similarly sized package.

I would love to see them make something to compete with TQ. The SX is great but kinda pointless in my opinion. Any SX bike, by the time you add a range extender (which is almost mandatory with the 400 battery) is pretty damn close in weight to the CX and 600 battery. I originally said it would be awesome to have a SX bike with a 600, but it just doesn't make sense. Give me a 60nm, 350-400 watt motor that's actually light. Right now there's really no competition for TQ in that market.

I wondered if they were minipumps that detect a pressure drop and kick on to try and salvage the run? Wouldn’t work with total flat but for some of those slow leaks in finals it would mean more points.

I can confirm that new saint is 8spd not 7spd (because Shimano) and that it will not be launched this till next summer. It has a clutch too, and rumoured to have a "enduro" version for 12spd cassettes for riders who want silence not pedaling effciency The 2.2mm rotors everyone is running in Korea, should have been launched with all the new brakes last season and make a huge difference to the lever feel
