4/8/2026 1:15pm Wolftooth used to make lower headset cups, both ZS and EC that were designed to increase height by 10mm effectively helping adjust or dial in axle to crown height for weird builds. They have since stopped making these. Is anybody aware of anyone else doing this? Specifically for my needs, I need an EC44 version with the ability to run...

I run which ever works best. In my opinion I do not think there’s one brand with the best fork and shock on the market. Different brands that make the best shock and best fork.

@sethimus @Evil96 @CascadeComponents I love, like love-love, that someone with an engineering background (and seemingly a degree) and a wealth of manufacturing experience provided factual mathematical evidence, and it has been refuted by "I believe the manufacturer of this shiny new thing I bought", like conformation bias doesnt exist or something.... There's a quote about facts and opinions that I'm trying to remember here...... it'll come to me....

It was Silhouette Eyeware. My friend Joey used to do their add work and team stuff. I got to do a show for the opening of their new corporate headquarters in New York with Hans Rey, Cam McCall, Geoff Gullivich and Garen Becker.

Unfortunately I'm an idiot, so I'll answer your question even if it is sarcastic. I found a known value that's easy to measure, the rear brake rotor. I set it to 203mm (as mentioned in a bike check from my memory) 16.2cm = 6.377 inch, rounded up however the app used rounds things and also not a perfect angle. Closest match for phone size would be a Iphone 16/17 pro max at 16.3 cm or a google pixel 9/10 at 6.3 inches. I'm going to go with the iphone 16/17 pro max. I should touch grass. 3/26/2026 10:50am I’ve been fortunate to ride many fantastic and famous places and I absolutely love Bootleg. It does have its own character and the rocks can be viscous if you fall, but if you like tech riding, it is absolutely worth a visit.

The fact that the ‘honeycomb’ in the pad is non-symmetrical and irregular is upsetting to me. Like, I assume there was mold made and someone thought this was okay.
