One of the main points of feedback we have received is in regards to the need for a 12mm wrench for adjustments which as you have mentioned can be not very convenient for trail side tuning. To address this we have made a small 3D printed tool that has both a 12mm socket and the 4mm hex that works pretty well. If you need one hit us up. Well in Slalom, they ride around the pole, but knock it down with the legs and poles, shortening the distance traveled by a huge margin.
