7/25/2026 2:02pm just saw this in mojo suspension story. Looks like some kind of dual spring setup for fine tuning/recreating individual dual rate spring curve. I think Dave Garland did something like this for the boxxer quite some years ago.

4/19/2026 3:17pm Reece got something on the dorado going on. Legs swapped + addon on the lower leg. Either just mass damper or something like Bos did years ago?

3/25/2026 4:45am Very good look for higher pivot frameworks from vital g-out pics. can see at neko's bike the main pivot way above the chainring, while on gwin's bike its lower and behind chainring/guard. also noticed gwin had no chain but running ochain, maybe wanting to repeat leogang? that must feel amazing!!

3/17/2026 8:28am Latest post on neko's instagram shows one picture of the dh bike on the stand and it looks like the main pivot is way higher up the seattube to get high-er virtual pivot .

6/28/2025 12:46pm You don't think those 20 forks have been stripped and grease/oil volumes double checked and bushing clearance/how free they run without damper and spring in place? I think Fox would be insane to spend all that money to run a press camp and not make sure that those 20 forks were the absolute best version of the product that they could be.

6/26/2025 11:01am Maybe under the black cover on the lowers (where the bridge of the two sides connect) they connected the internal volume of the lowers together to have equal pressure

1/29/2025 10:58am This is the (Horst) linkage, defining the axle path: This drives the shock: If it's the same colour, it's a single piece. The chainstay of the horst link has an extension, to which the red short link attaches and pulls down on it to rotate the silver rocker, driving the shock.

1/29/2025 10:57am Same, Does not seem very long lasting for the bearings and pivot axles. Leverage ratio on the pivots on chainstay seems like kona stinky or stab back in the day. Super long on one side, very short on the shock side. also with the air shock progression and change in angle on the small connection link. idk also find it...

1/29/2025 10:50am The leverage that is being put on the upper elbow of the silver swing link from the black pull link looks really high. I've never seen anything with that kind of geometry.

11/25/2024 10:43am "Center of the axle" is indeed what it says on their site. I think "top" of axle may be more accurate with the given numbers? Regardless, it lowers your pedal quite a bit. Between that and the big ol' openness under foot, I'd love to try them.

11/25/2024 10:41am This. My preferred flat pedal is 17mm thick at the center, so these drop pedals would sit 14.5mm lower than my pedals. Which is a ton! That's over half an inch, and it's almost a whole pedal lower than my pedal. But I agree, " 12mm below the axle" isn't an accurate or clear sentence. Hope that's not what they go with for final copy on their website.

11/25/2024 7:27am I would see it like this: The pendulum flat pedal plattform is approximately 12mm lower than your normal/most flat pedals with an axle going through the whole pedal body. and since the axle is most of the time somewhere around 6-8mm in diameter, on top of which there is still some aluminium body above it, its lower. Not 12mm under...

8/30/2024 12:27am I recently bought 2 used RockShox Kage R coil shocks and one of them had a wierd/different name engraved. Could this be some kind of special shimmed shock? Has someone seen this? Its kinda old/long ago but still interesting. Says: Axis-KAGE 42T10029122
