is it just me, or is that SRAM motor cover looking seriously unfinished and unrefined? SRAM spends so much time on marketing, graphic design and arguably aesthetics, it just looks like a big old lump of plastic. Atleast shimano put some fake vents in lol.

Rear Triangle on Minnaar's bike sure does not look production. If it is that carbon work is really bad.

AFAIK the husky/gas gas bikes are by KTM group. They don't have the rights to KTM bicycles hence using the smaller brands.

Looks great and very welcomed to have another 12s drivetrain option outside the S-companies. We will see shortly, but TRP is asking XTR money so it better work extremely well. Shimano HG+ works so good, and you can tell Shimano put a lot of science into it with the unique chain and cog profiles. I hope the EVO system is a success. Look forward in the reviews.

I think its because in the past there has been enough ebike performance debates in this forum. It does not really offer much for Tech Rumors and Innovation of future products. Otherwise derailment would happen and poppa Sspomer will have to take off his belt.

$2500 “transmissions” would lead me to believe that price isn’t actually the limiting factor, marketability, aesthetics, and what they think will sell likely has more to do with it. How many people do we see riding around on factory level suspension that don’t actually know how to, or ever bother to check suspension sag. Price can’t be the issue

If my vest had sleeves, it would be a jacket…. you’re comparing a coil in-line shock designed for a Spur, with an air shock (with piggyback) designed for a Spire or TR-11, and are surprised that they are in fact close on weight?

Are you seriously worried about 50g difference in shock weight on a 63mm stroke shock? I could cut my hair and lose 50g 😂 In my case where in the total system, the bike is maybe 20% of the weight, 50g especially on a performance suspension component is a trade off I’m willing to take.

Absolutely. They're horrendous on MTB. What about moto shocks with those lovely spherical bearing top eyelets being the norm? Want to try that one day for sure on MTB.. Seems some companies have tried just not the big playas!
