I've moved on to feet lmao, those are Jenna's shoes. Honestly the only reason I know is because I have lusted after those shoes since I saw that color come out. I am neither good enough to rock them, nor can I justify buying the exact same shoe I already own but in a different color. So the shoes caught my eye and I remembered she posted that photo of just her shoes the other day.

Happy that Pinkerton, Dunne, and Dak all found (assuming the big budget thing for Mondraker is real) pretty good rides. That being said, mondraker marketing tried to drag this bs on for way too long. Hype it up, announce it, be done with it.

Fuck it why not 10 bars? 10 bars. All oversized bearings. Internal shock. Titanium frame. External derailleur cable but internal brake cables through the headset. Proprietary pull shock. And uhhh… dang. I think I got Scott's next Gambler.

Bro, the Enhanced Freckle Distribution Analysis (EFDA) will not leave this thread. I'm not even telling my real life riding buddies. It was an embarrassing chapter in my Friday afternoon work procrastination.

Got a v2 on sale, V3 being $269 is getting close to the more boutique posts - wolftooth/bikeyoke etc. Also pnw loam is still at the $200 ish pricepoint, not sure the oneup v3 is $60 better than that

Am I the only one who doesn’t care at all about Bex. She doesn’t have a ride, let’s leave it at that.

Serious question. We know Trek has run them for a while and Unno has them, too. Maybe there are other brands? And they always come on really high-end bikes (since they're carbon and expensive?). Is it because someone spending $10-12k on an e-bike doesn't mind spending another $300 on a new bar and stem? Is it for photos on popular mechanics or men's journal to make modern bikes look as sexy as an f1 car? Is it cheaper/easier to make and assemble than two-piece options, maximizing profits? It's a really mind-blowing piece of spec to me considering how picky many...

While it is true non of our existing brakes have failsafe, you can tell almost instantly if something has gone wrong. Barring a catastrophic failure, even with a (slowly) leaking brake you at least have access to some braking power. If the wireless one goes without a failsafe, there's potentially many situations where you have 0 brake power, which may...
The only way I can see this being remotely safe, is that the default position is closed - being that if you run out of battery, the servo will return to the position in which the brakes engage. If you have them default open and something goes wrong on a descent and you try to brake...it's not going to end...

amaranth Added a comment about feature Talking Carbon Wheels with NOBL

Nobl makes amazing wheels, but man that was a ton of marketing talk compared to the podcast with the OTHER Canadian wheel brand.
