they just venmo me $2.79 per deletion. it's very rare we get asked to take anything down and in 16 years of being at vital, i don't remember any leaning/pressure from brands "if you don't do X, we'll hold back from working with you." just because something was here and goes away doesn't always mean we deleted it. we delete if asked by a brand b/c someone that shouldn't have had the info/photos/videos leaked the info/photos/videos or if an NDA was clearly broken. we don't delete if a product is out in public, if someone was careless with their hiding...

Vital RAW from Pro DH Series Mountain Creek today. Weather shut the lift down 3 times, so it was an abbreviated session that ended with rain. tomorrow is going to be a soaker but the rims were a-pingin' today!

First round of the ewsdr or whatever they are callling it this year next weekend and the course map has been released. Around 100km and 3100m of climbing over 2 days so looks like they are going back to bigger days out again.

@amaranth, i feel the same. it's really fascinating how much the pre-race hype drives the event (and for good reason b/c the track and its obstacle are so gnarly). similar to rampage, i guess.

Really don’t get the dumb dislikes on the previous post, the black ones ( I got 3 all in full black with the last 3 warranties ) are the latest stock apparently, and after some torch inspection no, there’s no extra seal around the pins, so they will keep failing with moisture staying trapped causing the spring to corrode or something.

Looking for butt hurt is what you are. 🧐 I was defending @jessemelamed having made a simple statement & his intent to inform the workings of deals & hookups. Instead of letting it sit as such, the forum rolled it into 10 pages of "well if not this...then this...". Just looked like a bunch of ninnies trying to twist his words & create drama where there was none. Instead of Jesse getting to just say it & keep rolling, we get Alex Jones level hyperbole from the peanut gallery. 🙃
