The Motive brakes are probably also Mineral Oil so I don’t think the seals/internals for SRAM’s DOT brakes will work unfortunately 🙁

Santa Cruz Bullit 4 rumours. Bike would be revealed early April, Gloss Black & Matte Teal Sparkle colors. New SRAM Eagle 70 & 90 drivetrains (mechanical) on lower end builds. SC are now showing pictures of an unknown color (looks like Gloss Black) on their Vala page. Santa Cruz are tagging bike models in the name of the photos on their website and they tagged in the Bullit (VA-BU as in Vala-Bullit) on all of the pictures below.

They are solid until they aren't, at least when it comes to Bernard Kerr's Phoenix prototype and production bikes and some Firebirds seen over at MTBR. That said, it seems like Pivot has a great warranty policy and CS to take care of customers/riders.

Saw the new upcoming turbo levo out in the trail today. Passed by me so just enough visual to know it was a turbo levo and with no upper crossbar by the shock. Can’t say much else or specialized might take my post down

Should this be renamed to "Tech Rumors and Innovation, until a brand asks for posts to be deleted"?

My guess is Brembo and the American bike company being Specialized. Brembo own Ohlins, who sponsor the Specialized DH team.

Hey, I’m Ryan Burney. I’ve spent eight years as an engineer for full-suspension bikes, working on some fun projects, like developing the flex Horst link for the Cannondale Scalpel and being lead engineer for the latest GT Fury downhill bike. With over a decade of downhill racing under my belt (even made it to one World Cup—though I didn’t qualify so I stuck to engineering), I've had the pleasure of racing alongside the Vital crew, like Jason, Tanner, and Dak. Below is a photo of me, being slower than Dak. These days, I’m focused on my own projects, but I...

its all ready, along with a new 34 and 36 chassis and air spring. Maybe they will even show the new inverted prototype DH fork at sea otter too.

We all know the theory: lower tire pressures mean more grip, and higher pressures roll faster. But when it comes to real-world speed, which one really wins? I set out to answer this with 30 timed runs down the same track. ◾ The Experiment Two sets of tire pressures were chosen for my 88kg (194lbs) weight: 25/28 psi (front/rear) for the higher pressures and 18/20 psi (front/rear) for the lower pressures. These pressures maintain a consistent 0.9 front-to-rear ratio, with the high pressures aligning with recommendations such as those from E13 . After three warm-up laps, each tire pressure setup...
