Would like to see these tested at a more common PSI. 26/27 on a 29er is pretty high compared to what most average consumers are using. How about 22/23 to see if the durability claims hold up?

I met these guys in the Whistler parking lot the previous year when they had working protos. BB was super low but the bike felt bottomless and looked killer. They were super friendly, too bad it never caught on.

Nuance and context is difficult to determine on the internet especially when often people don’t put much an effort into making sure they aren’t taken the wrong way. I am as guilty as anyone else. That said the greedy gwin guys can all fuck off. Unlike dictator Griz who has been watching too much CNN, I feel any aspect of a racer's medical health aught to be made by the racer. I also think it's absolutely ridiculous to mandate such medical requirements when it's neither been proven safe or effective. I'm seeing way too many first hand complications (specifically heart related issues) from young and healthy individuals that statistically would have been fine had they acquired their immunity naturally by contracting COVID. Currently on a Spitfire V3 and am blown away at how capable the KS2 system is. Even as a 135mm travel 27.5" bike it carries insane speed and can hang with much 'bigger' bikes. Next build will def be the Titan mixed wheel.

I was at Snowshoe, this is the best working bike in the field IMO. That new linkage combined with Ohlins is a helluva combo. The thing was so quiet and stuck to the ground, grip for days. Angel was killing it all weekend, truly riding to his potential.

I've pulled back on reach so I can run a 50mm stem for more consistent weight on the front tire. I feel more natural and relaxed because I'm not worried about washing out.

8/9/2021 12:23pm I would say much of that question depends on where you ride. If you have long, fast sections with good site lines then the 29er will probably be more rewarding, as you can really capitalize on maintaining speed. But in more varied terrain with constant changes in speed and direction, I still think the 27.5 is easier to ride fast...

Connector strut between upper/lower links looks fully machined (1 piece) vs the original adjustable length setup. He's also not running the seatstay bridge, but maybe its just off the bike in this picture.

Props for committing fully to the theme of your build. It looks amazing and what a unique mix of parts. Congrats on such a head turner! Only problem is having to add at least 30 minutes to every ride so you can field a barrage of questions at the trail head.
