so apparently they are showing the juniors on discovery+ but not on THE OFFICIAL UCI WORLD SERIES STREAM. i need to watch it on tiz now while having an official subscription.

That is fucking weak. I have a paid for sub to Staylive as well and can't watch it. Disappointed but honestly not that surprised.

In regards to the Junior stream, I’ll give discovery this:
Keeping Josh Carlson out of the commentary booth makes the broadcast significantly better. Now do it for Elites

I’m very happy to see Asa completing another impressive run.  He’s the top male American prospect at the moment, no doubt!

If it wasn’t obvious, it’s  becoming clear that competing against TWINS is a new kind of challenge,  Basically if one falters, a genetic copy is right there with the next run available.  This is not to diminish either one of the Alrans individually—they both have a unique style and approach, and want to win.  Also, briefly meeting them at Windrock—they are very nice kids.  

But still:  having two brothers, both quite capable of puzzling-out wins, on a team with Amuarry, as your main competition, in an individual sport, HAS to be a kind of “first”.  
 

There have been a lot of accidents in this elite mens race, the loose track surface seems really difficult to race on

Pausing racing with 5 to go for tv issues. How do you explain that to a rider about to drop? 

So its starting to rain and they are pausing racing because the camera's are disconnected. If i was still to drop in I would be LIVID.

Welp, my fantasy team is blown. Got top results from juniors, but nowhere near any top finishers for elite. My strategy was picking a ton of riders around 30-60k and Luca Shaw. Unfortunately Luca didn't really deliver

I’m a full-blown conspiracy theorist on this one. There were no perceivable problems beyond the usual glitches and missed camera-changes. Maybe an issue with a single drone? Hardly enough reason to postpone a race when so many have gone on under much worse weather conditions. Vague “major technical issues” that just so happen to coincide with the passing of the worst of the rain, lining up Jackson’s run happening under clear skies with the rainfall absorbed into the track?

I’m skeptical. Can lightweight FPV drones fly in the rain? Is this an excuse that passes the straight-face test that allows WBD to avoid situations where the top dogs get screwed by the weather and maintain more made-for-TV storylines?

All that aside, what a race. Gnarly track, great racing, everyone clearly on the very edge of the limit. Jackson is a generational talent. I would not be surprised if he goes on to be the best to ever do it. What a comeback for Nina. Bravo.
