Sam Hill = Total Legend However, in recent years he's looked fit enough to be winning XC races. That's obviously not his focus at the momment. I'm sure he'll do what needs to be done if he decideds to continue his racing career.

weird. A quick perusal of that website, seems that Barry Austin is going to plug Kate Courtneys age, body weight, and estimated FTP into TrainingPeaks and send her an email every week.
He was working w/ PFP for a while (could still be for all I know) so just based on her results it’s a helluva website
I don't get the downvotes for this, its team rumors, not team news, that's for Jan 1 and One Ghost is teasing some stuff until then to make people question stuff. If he just said everything, he'd stop getting the info to do so.
These threads have been, in the past, for cliffhangers, jokes, puzzles and falsehoods. Have fun with it and don't be so frickin serious, silly season on here used to actually be silly and everyone's making it out to be such a grind the last 2-3 seasons. Make some shit up and enjoy it. Austin has/does coach a number of top XC riders, so an 'easy' option in that Kate isn't taking a big risk. Changing coaches is always a step into the unknown, so going with someone who coaches others at a top level is an easier call than going with someone who doesn't.
Will be interesting to see how she goes in 2024 after this change. Some riders need that coach change as they plateau and a reset helps.
I heard EC & Lopes are coming back on Huffy's. Man! You weren't supposed to tease that.

As mentioned above....in the past reamtumors and this thread had drawings, cliffhangers, jokes, puzzles and falsehoods. You're in fact adding nothing intellectual, insightful or entertaining. Child's play. But again, you know and we don't. You must sleep so good at night.
Perhaps the guy from FSA who handles MTB teams commenting that he knows may give you a clue... or maybe it doesn't...

remember years back that guy that leaked about 5 things that all come true, was it reamtumours or something like that. Danny Hart to cube, athertons to start a brand etc etc.... need that guy back.
