I had a theory on this whole no drivetrain sponsor, They use sram cassettes because they are lighter and have a faster engaging free hub body on their roval carbon wheels. I think they switched to shimano so in the event that Richie rude or Jared were doing great and had a mechanical, they could give each other parts(Since they always seem to be riding and staying together at races). one example is Curtis Keene giving jared his shifter in finale after graves broke the lever off and keene flatted. The cassette It looks like it is a wolf tooth components 46T expander for XX1/XO1. Rotor is one of their sponsors I think, Mentioned a few pages back on Kate courtney's bike, they were running the power cranks with XX1 eagle.
Lopes is a wanker but he's been living well for a long, long time now. A little creeping shows he's at least lived in places worth $1-2mil. Those early crossover stars into mtb made bank.
Is he too dense to move into a non-riding job? Absolutely. Does he need gainful employment? Probably not like most of us on here.

The amount of money Lopes and CG were being paid in those volvo-cannondale days must have been obscene by todays standards
Any one we're still waiting for to pop up or team releases?
Feb 9th is the date UCI publishes the teams, so not long for final word for all the big DH teams. Not sure if EWS has a similar publication date for the teams.
Also, out of curiosity: Has there ever been a case where a rider has switched teams during the team transfer window mid-season?

Looks like Fuji is pumping some bigger efforts into things this season by creating the Fuji Factory Enduro Team. They've signed Jimmy Smith, the 2017 National Enduro Series overall winner, and Amy Morrison, a podium contender at many US enduro events.
Closeup of the proto Maxxis DH tire. Looks very similar to a Minion with intermediate blocks. Interesting concept considering one of the things that makes the Minion great is the open channel between the center tread and the cornering tread. What would be the advantage of intermediate tread in people's opinion?

Yes, it's either that tire or something very similar. I don't see the perpendicular siping on the corner knobs on this version but that could just be photo quality. The Minn-aar-ion DHF.

Then I realized that they had anounced de new Jeffsy range, but not the capra's
the greg williamson to unno seem to be true just look at the two photos. one from joe connels story ( see two unno bikes) and the other from greg. joe has now taken down the story. greg has also posted a picture that brook mac and mat walker commented on about a 'spanish rear end'
