15 years ago we had an athlete turn up with their fit numbers all out of whack, old bike gone back to sponsors etc etc, BUT: they had a sticker prominent on seat tube that was identical to one on my tool box. I managed to print an a3 image of the old bike and translate all the measurements with a pencil and ruler. It took quite a while, but ended up bang on. Saddle height, offset, reach, bar height, stack. All this by hand…

If warranty was handled with DJI directly I'd join the ranks of the Avinox fanboys. Outside of bikes I can't think of a single product I own where I wouldn't be contacting the manufacturer for a warranty. Seems like a total waste of time for my LBS and complicates the communication for the consumer. I'm more than capable of sending a few emails and dropping parts (or even whole bikes) off at UPS.

Pivot says they change kinematics on each size, but I don't think they manufacture a different set of links to do it, I think they just shift mounting points on the front triangle: https://www.pivotcycles.com/en-us/technology/size-specific-design-and-r… Pivot says: "For bikes where chainstay length varies with size, suspension kinematics naturally change. The V+R Racing rider lineup for 2026... TL;DR It's Raina Logar, Zanna Logar and Aletha Ostgaard! Most folks on this forum are familiar with V+R, but briefly for those who aren't, Virginia and Ryan (V+R) are two DH superfans living in the Pacific Northwest. 2026 marks our seventh season sponsoring and supporting downhill racers and our fourth season at the World Cup level. Crazy! For '26 we've re-signed Aletha Ostgaard for her fourth season with V+R Racing! Ally races for Canyon Collective. Zanna Logar has also re-signed for a second season with V+R.
