4/22/2026 11:29pm Can you please not drag your abrasive views on world situation into every damn topic? We're talking about bikes not world politics. As for the new Demo and Sram drivetrain thingamajiggy, will it be available for other brands besides Specialized too? Does it circumvent DWs twochainz patent?

4/22/2026 11:24pm Looks like Fox had the latest X2 in a Nomad at Sea Otter so you can breathe a sigh of relief regarding large air can shocks fitting in the shock tunnel:

4/22/2026 11:20pm I will never understand the “it’s a whole separate sport” thing. I ride my ebike exactly like my analog bike just do more laps. Literally every other person I know with an ebike does the same and is not going out and climbing up downhill trails in boost. I see plenty of e-bikes on the lift at the bike park being ridden like analog bikes. The innovation is happening in the motor and battery because the “bike part” of the tech has plateaued. Amflow proved this by making a decent riding bike out of thin air.

4/22/2026 11:19pm Just a hunch, but I doubt Santa Cruz is letting YouTubers/Instagramers test out new stuff... especially with Specialized tires. Willing to put money that's just a XO RSV Bullit with a wrap on it.

4/20/2026 12:53am Specialized Production Demo Hiding in plain sight was presumably the production version of the new Demo. It was placed directly next to a prototype frame, and while no specific details were provided, it can be assumed that the bike will be going to market very soon. Some things that stood out from staring at the bike for 5 minutes: Head tube fits different cups, likely to change head angle and/or reach There is a flip chip in the lower shock mount, and the forward-most pivot The bottom of the bike is going to be left completely open like the bike...

4/20/2026 12:39am KS and ExaForm 32-inch Forks KS and ExaForm will be releasing a line of 32-inch forks. This one dubbed E36, which we assume is stanchion diameter. Random side note that has nothing to do with this fork, but I was instructed to punch anyone in the face who calls fork lowers on a normal fork or stanchions on an inverted fork "lower tubes."

4/16/2026 10:30am Is specialized cooked now that their motor/battery isn't the most refined setup (dji) ? They've been really coasting on bike design.

4/16/2026 10:30am Somehow the frame looks visually nicer with 170mm of suspension, but when you see $9k for a new 25kg carbon ebike, it just doesn't feel like you are getting your money's worth. (I know spesh have amazing customer care etc)

4/15/2026 11:19pm The shoe thing is such a great analogy. It never fails when helping someone diagnose their brake problems that incorrect bleed ends up being the issue. The worst part is they will SWEAR up and down that they bleed the brakes properly. After going around in circles you will finally tease out that they found some random you tube video that swore this one simple trick was all you needed to get a perfect bleed. WATCH THE DAMN MANUFACTURES BLEED VIDEO. Don't skimp on universal bleed kits, stop using shortcuts and be patient. Unrelated to me ranting at no one...
