8/11/2026 8:48pm Hi there, I’m using the Schwalbe adapter as I’m in Europe and here it’s the main distributor. I’ve got also one from SKS and it’s the same. Basically you can unscrew the upper part, you just need this one and the little gum ring used as seal. You can see it in this photo. Hopefully one of your adapter has got the same thread

8/11/2026 8:01pm Hey mate, my friend printed it for me and looks great. fits the pump well, but was just wondering what clik adaptor you are using as all the ones I am using are too small to screw into the adaptor. Ive got a bunch of lezyne adaptors, plus a clik branded adaptor which are different sizes but all too small...

7/27/2026 11:19pm I am not an emtb owner yet but I will be at some point. I've ridden several gen's of Levo's, some SC offerings, some Pivot offerings, and some Shimano equipped emtb's. The thing that was remarkable to me about the Avinox bike I recently took for a very short spin was the small size of the motor, the very quiet operation, and the slim downtube profile. The combo of the slim downtube and the small motor are impressive in their stealthiness. I am excited to see what the new TQ system looks like.

7/27/2026 11:11pm I'm totally sold on clik. I've tried most, presta are fine, Fillmore brilliant... But what sells it for me is using a Topeak e-booster (or similar rechargeable thing). Click on, pump, accurate gauge, click off, ride... Because it physically opens the valve rather than being a one way valve that's closed by the pressure in the tyre, and it means gauge reading is live and accurate. If your OCD about pressures like me that saves minutes each ride.. no more wondering if my track pump gauge is accurate or losing pressure if the pump held jiggles the presta on the...

7/26/2026 2:10am Sorry, I didn’t provide very precise instructions, but there is a central support in order for the overhang part to come out cleanly. You should be able to insert an Allen key into the hexagonal hole and break away the round support piece, tap it with a mallet if it’s too firm, hope this clears it up
(The hex slot is there just to make sure you have an easy way to unscrew it from the pump if it ever get stuck)

7/25/2026 7:22pm Hey, Thanks for designing this and sharing! I actually found this already and asked a friend to print it, but he had some issues and it came up as a solid object with no hole for air to pass through for him. any idea why? I will try and take it to a 3d print place to print it and...

7/24/2026 6:08pm Clik is so much better than Presta. Clik on and off, no worries about removing your Presta valve if you were using certain brands of pumps, works first time every time. It just sucks that you need to swap everything over and that some companies, Im looking at you One Up! refuse to make a cheap adaptor for their awesome...

7/24/2026 6:06pm Ok, so here are my experiences with Clik Valves on my two bikes after 2 months. Background My initial reason for trying it (in addition to pure curiosity) was that I use Lezyne pumps with the ABS-1 Pro Chuck head that you screw onto the valve. I started feeling that it took just a little too long every time I went riding to screw and unscrew the head compared to a quick click. The root cause for pumping so often was, of course, the tires, but let's not deep dive into that. It also felt silly that you couldn't let...

6/25/2026 5:12pm For years people have been asking for MGUs from SRAM and Shimano and there has long been speculation that those brands didn’t get involved because they didn’t want to undermine their own market share of expensive, high wear components. In doing so they’ve left their flank wide open for a Chinese company to swallow up the drivetrain market while solving issues riders have complained about for decades. Horrific miscalculation from the drivetrain cartel.

6/24/2026 1:29am Agreed that this motor/CVT is predictable, inevitable, and nonetheless a really BFD for the ebike market and makers of traditional derailleur-driven drivetrains. I know I'm going to sound like a broken record here, but high performance eMTB sales represent a very small market, whereas the real effects of this are going to be seen in the touring/commuter/pavement pounder market. I'd wager Shimano and SRAM sells 100 times more derailleurs/shifters/cassettes to the touring/commuter/pavement pounder ebike market vs. what they sell for high end eMTBs.

6/24/2026 1:29am I think the one advantage a US operations based bike company may have (for the longest time into the future) when compared to a Chinese company is accessible customer support. The number of warranty issues I’ve had with bike frames and suspension products has to be close to 50%. I’m currently working through a multi-frame warranty issue as we speak. I have no reason to believe that a Chinese based company is going to have exceptionally better quality than the current established brands. Thus, I would expect that with my luck a warranty claim is coming sooner than later. To...

6/23/2026 6:47pm With the introduction of Hope’s new $2000 brakes I’m feeling increasingly correct in my assessment that the bike industry (or at least the western bike industry) is capitalizing on growing wealth inequality and is increasingly relying on a small constituency of rich fanboys* to keep the lights on, while increasingly high quality, low cost Chinese products capture the low dollar part of the market. *non-derogatory

6/17/2026 3:21am I would hate for all the TQ bikes to disappear, for whatever reason they are often to most compelling models to me. But I guess take this with a grain of salt, I have never ridden an ebike, and im also not in the market for one.
