8/5/2019 8:35pm Anyone else things a "Prototype" paint job as an actual consumer option would be hilariously cool? Do it as a water-transfer, so each one is a bit different... Also, those beasts look ready for full sending, Spesh is on one for 2020.

5/13/2019 8:17am 3 reasons. 1. because 97.5 is a radio station. B. "reverse mullet" is breaking our community apart and we need to come together. III. beavis and butthead would laugh at 69er. if we need to go to court over it, our lawyers said that the "6" could come from "650b" and we'd probably have the case thrown out.

4/8/2019 6:05pm I'm glad that powertools are the prize. That's a good tongue-in-cheek move. I am more interested in the yet-to-be-annouced-but-someone-has-to-talking-about-it Unlimited Class a.k.a. Group B MTB. That's where things will get exciting..

4/5/2019 10:29am The LOLZ ROLFCOPTER has landed. French v. Swiss - "It's a bold strategy Cotton. Let's see if it pays off for him." Good stuff. I propose a duel. No matter the result, no one loses, as the FIM and UCI are equally hated by those who have to endure their insufferable goverance (according to the forums and many, many interviews...

3/21/2019 5:40pm A little context to this may help. The GNCC series a couple years ago began allowing ebikes to be ridden to pre-ride the race course to scope lines etc. Before that, riders were allowed to ride the course on bicycles, but being a GNCC moto/atv course, it was brutal. The ebikes allowed riders to get around easier, saving energy for the race. There are literally hundreds of ebikes at the GNCC races already. Kids, dads, pro racers, everyone has them! I assume it only made sense to create a race for them as well, mostly for fun. Just wanted to...

3/21/2019 2:51pm The AMA is the appropriate governing body and GNCC is the perfect series for e-MTB events. Makes more sense than the UCI in my opinion.

3/21/2019 10:57am I ran one of those for a season of bike park riding. Works awesome- especially for $20. I cut the 'tang' off the derailleur hanger and zip tied the main body of the alfine tensioner straight to the chainstay IE rotate yours another 45 degrees CCW and tuck it up another inch or so. EDIT- it might be cheaper to cut the tang off the alfine tensioner since deraileur hangers are more than $20.

3/20/2019 10:37am SS DH is highly underrated, provided your tracks aren't too flat and/or your local race series has a proper start ramp. If the Sturn is a little pricey, but you're keen to give it a whirl, here's your answer. (or the more expensive German-made option)
This is what I managed to set up last Autumn - ran some zip...

Constructive. Glad the idea of getting people (who are restricted by age or health) on bikes with their friends/family causes you to feel ill. Thanks for joining the discussion.

3/14/2019 11:28am Nothing ground breaking, but a good tip for this season, as it sounds like it might be a wet year out there on the hill. Really puts the "Ass" in Assegai...
Also, further evidence of just how muddy Windrock was, if you didn't already know.

3/12/2019 5:47pm Thanks for the shoutout! I was the pro girl who came in 5th so I'll share a bit about myself
I am new to mountain biking and especially Downhill so I was pumped to land on the podium at this race. In the last year I moved from Iowa to Utah, bought my first real trail bike (owned a short travel xc bike for the local trail), raced the Utah DH series races on the trail bike and became Utah DH State Champ, got connected with Chris Canfield and Canfield Brothers who set me up with a DH bike...

3/12/2019 12:22pm From the EWS to athletes via email this morning, "I write to you as a member of the Enduro World Series (EWS) or a Team Manager of an Official EWS Team. As we reach the final days before the 2019 season begins I’m acutely aware that the anti-doping case that hit the headlines in 2018 still remains a question for all of you. I therefore feel you deserve some information on the position of the EWS on this matter. I am aware that there is anger and upset among the riders that the situation is not resolved. Although I understand...
