How many rims or wheels will be destroyed per world cup,alu vs carbon is all I'm wondering! There's always so many photos of mechanics lacing up wheels,I also wonder do some riders purposely run lighter rims and spoke tension since they know it only has to last one race run?

That's Sandra Rubesam's bike. She's the former German Nat'l champ and a total sender, she's a wicked rider.

thought it was a GIANT Rotor for a moment.. then saw it was just where the mounts are positioned. seems like it might be prone to vibration, but I'm just keyboard warrior.

Its probably cheaper/easier to do the bolt-on drop out, but they should really consider redesigning the swing arm to be solid with a dedicated 203 direct mount. Its the one thing that seems phoned-in on an otherwise really well sorted rig.
