Nothing to do with stigma. I just don’t think anyone’s 768 pages down this particular rabbit hole to get excited about whispers of a new e-moto fork.

No, I've been pedaling with the HR3 dh casing tires and it hasn't been too bad. I think a DHR2 in the rear or something similar with more ramp would be better if I wanted to make the bike faster pedaling. That, or lighter casing tires. But the Reign has a very upright pedaling position that's sweet for grinding out bigger climbs. It isn't the fastest moving, but it's enjoyable to pedal nonetheless.

Thanks! And front: 22-25 psi, rear 25-28psi. Lower pressures were for some wetter days in Whistler/Bellingham.

I had similar results (for feel) on Canfield 155s vs 165s. First of all, Canfields are rock solid, and can take a beating and still look great (machined lip deters scuffing). 155 Pros ✔️: KILLER DH and Climbing tech pedal clearance (pedaling over tech 🤯), zero pedal strikes, lighter, consistence cadence. Great for bikes with low BB. Agree about the easier heel dropping and more centered feel. 155 Cons ❌: Gearing: For me as an out of shape dad (there's out of shape, then there's me), starting at gearing 30F/48R, on my 29er, it was hard to get up the...

The warehouse is subsidised heavily by the Welsh government. Bk runs double duty as rider and team manager. His brother drives and helps out sometimes and Eddy and Matt pitch in a lot considering they are riders too. Ignoring Bk toys, it's a pretty lean operation.

I certainly hope not, but Pivot seems to be in a spot of trouble if they need to send two riders across the globe to chase 2x 60 UCI points :/ There's another race in Indonesia soon, Class 2 (30 points for 1st), wondering if they'll try and fish those points too.

They really are class acts all around, and I will never not be gutted for how they placed this year. A travesty.

I feel this brings about an interesting dynamic into how teams hire riders. Whenever a rider has a breakaway year - say Lochie in 2024 - hiring him becomes a necessity instead of just a good bet. The points riders get throughout the year become much more valuable at the eyes of the teams. Not a bad thing I reckon.
