8/4/2025 6:47pm On the Commencal front its bikes like these that will sit around forever. This came out December of 2022. By the time it was shipping transmission was pretty standard for GX builds. So this is a bike with an old drivetrain and a previous generation Ohlins fork. So you are getting a "new" bike with previous generation parts. I have...

8/4/2025 10:09am And he's already whinging about it on instagram stories. Sadly this is the same 'yes man' mentality and aversion to criticism that held him back in BMX. And I've been supporting Stark long before he switched to MTB when I used to work in the BMX industry. This dude is amazing and should be much bigger than he is, but he's stuck in the core lord crusty demons cali desert mindset and not really broken out of that pocket. Always stoked for Stark, I think he does belong in Rampage even if he's not really a win contender, cuz I...

7/24/2025 10:08am Without unions we wouldn't have the weekend. Don't know why kids earning good wages out of school would ever be a bad thing. I'm sure if there were better union protections for workers in the MTB industry, we'd see a lot of brands still kicking.

7/16/2025 7:06pm Dude the org chart couldn't be clearer. But seriously, whenever I see anything this convoluted I immediately assume it's a drug front, money laundering, or tax evasion.

7/16/2025 6:44pm It's not an accident that those key pieces of metal and textile equipment fled the U.S. and found their way to Taiwan and China, and while cost of labor in the U.S. is part of that, policy is the biggest part. China, Taiwan, and Vietnam have relentlessly pursued industrial policy and bicycle manufacturing for the last 40-70 years, and the United States has actively shipped those jobs overseas and across borders via WTO, IMF, NAFTA, TPP, and other policies. Meanwhile Germany and Japan still have some of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in the world and outpunch their weight class...

7/4/2025 8:28pm "2. Closing a feature to a single group of contestants alone is wrong. Build a course that is rideable for everyone! Also junior woman." Can't get behind this take. The difference in ability between elite men and junior women is massive. They should instead make a more interesting B-line than just a wooden ramp to the side, should make it more enjoyable for the riders.

7/2/2025 7:03pm If two people can comfortable hit it and it comes with a huge time advantage it gets to the point that the entire field has to take massive risks to be competitive. The Jr's are just that, Jr's. They are not professionals and outside of a very select few I bet most are not getting a paycheck. Closing one feature...
