That long seat tube does look awful. I'm always grateful for being 5'8", to be able to have nicely proportioned bikes. But I guess when you're tall it might look normal.

I would love to try one of these forks to see if its for me. It seems like one of the challenges of something like this is since its rare, custom, etc., people have to put up a lot of money with faith it will be good. I guess that's why they named the Trust fork that. Trust us, it's great!

There is also an entire hemisphere where DH and enduro racing can happen when the north turns into winter. Just as skiers go ski glaciers or go to the opposite hemisphere for endless winter, MTB racing can do the same. A lot of the racers already do this to prepare for the World Cup. Sram acting like they re-invented the wheel with their “transmission”-“shifting under load!” When Shimano has been doing it for years. Next bike I build up will be Shimano! Too hard to ignore the bang for your buck.

I was going to mention Karnow's deal as well. I will say, Karnow did take a little bit of heat and there was some controversy when he first started with the OF sponsorships because he was being paid by specific "content creators" and running their account handles directly on his bike. Its tough. On one hand as a parent, we should definitely try and not expose our children to porn and ultimately by Lew having this sponsorship, its seemingly an advert directly to it! Is there porn on OnlyFans? Duh... does that make it a "porn website"? No... There are plenty of people on there that don't even show nudity let alone porn. It's essentially just Patreon but with content. You can show nudity and porn on Instagram, is that a porn website too?

Americans are funny, you can have the Nascar Freedom Jesus 500 sponsored by NRA , big pharma and like Busch light and people will say that this is acceptable and more than ok for kids/role models, while "porn" or weed (remember when JD Swanguen got a ban from racing due to having weed in his system?) are still seen as big bad evil and will corrupt the mind of your young teens.

It’s spelled pasty or pastie if we are talking about the same thing. If your kid is finding out about porn from some pastie wearing a helmet advertising it and becoming addicted to it you probably have bigger problems. To say all porn is destructive or exploitive means you are into some pretty weird shit. https://i.redd.it/3ie0x1q0qa021.png just look at the gains from one day of training. Seriously I have never been to fansonly but like redbull or monster on a helmet it is certainly not going to make me a consumer of their product.

I understand your point and i'm not really defending either side but I could argue that Neko's helmet sponsor could be much more destructive than Lew's OF sponsorship. OF is a paywall site, no kid who decides to look up OF is going to see a ponanny getting stuffed with a cucumber unless they steal their parents credit card, but they can steal a can of their parents Dales out of the refrigerator. As you already noted, alcohol is a physical addiction and is much harder to stop than something like porn addiction, so shouldn't we have much strickter regulation...
