mickey Added a reply to EWS Coverage & the overall ROI for companies sponsoring enduro racers
6/8/2022 6:09am Going Racing is almost never “worth it”, but it is always worthwhile. Fielding a race program is about the Values, not the “ROI” racing brings to a brand. Racing at an EWS venue during the same time period as the marquee event is open to just about anyone with the desire to experience top-level enduro racing. Like the NORBA series...

good catch guys- I just logged in and changed that out. Looking at reg data, Dak pre-registered before the IFR announcement. At Zone4(the timing vendor) we import data from BikeReg.

Off topic: Americans are weird. Whenever this topic comes up it's always some American that regurgitates these talking points. I know that generalization hits a lot of good folk out there but, wow - you guys have a serious problem on your hands. Flatlander over here isn't even a rare exception. He's just one of the few that accidentally found himself outside the imaginary world he and his fellow bubble dwellers live in. On topic: France is outside of the imaginary world the new breed of American conservatives have created. More power to them. Push bike athletes should not be...

mickey Added a reply to No Vaccine, No Lourdes World Cup for Racers?
1/20/2022 4:32pm Reading this while taking a shit after a LONG day building pumptracks in florida. Why was it so long? Millennial anti-intellectual un vaccinated pseudo libertarian co-workers are all fuvking useless with Sars Cov19, all the un-boosted members of our team are all down for the count right now. As a former mid-20’s libertarian douche i am sympathetic, but BROSEPHS: science...

mickey Added a reply to Snowshoe World Cup DH Finish Feature
8/28/2021 6:02am Oh, it's definitely supposed to be for spectator access. Maybe this was cheaper than a shipping container, given covid demand? The funny thing is a shipping container drop wouldn't have created so much electronic venom! Hopefully the crew is also putting time into clearing drains in the lower woods? I think Mr. Leader was the last person to do that...

Where is Sean Leader when you need him... Can we transplant the Red Bull Ravine from Windrock to Snowshoe for a proper finish section? The Windrock finish section from the whoops down is the best DH finish in North America bar none IMO. Anyone know of a better one?

8/26/2021 11:01am hmm, is IMBA Trail Solutions and Snowshoe Corporate this out of touch with the zeitgeist of racing? I get wanting to make something “memorable” to “keep up” with Gravity Logic projects at Trestle, Bryce, Thunder, but this seems like a feature just built as a marketing stunt for IMBA or a “me too” vanity project for some of the old...
