3/21/2025 10:50pm What a joke. A kick starter for a rim that won’t be as good as Anything dt does

3/21/2025 10:48pm Isn't kickstarter supposed to be for new, innovative products or companies? I don't think a middle of the road alloy wheelset from an existing company fits that description.

3/19/2025 9:06am Intense has some new stuff coming soon. I wonder if anybody’s seen it yet on a recent podcast from the other site Jeff Steber claims game changing frame design. If I remember, I think he said one E and two non-E bikes. My guess is the updated taser is probably first, so that’s been the same bike for almost 9...

3/7/2025 1:48pm Looks like the next tr-11 based on the mullet wheels and who was on it. Saw another one with full 27.5 recently too. Prolly won’t be for a while. Hope it actually comes with a dh shock unlike the last bike.

3/7/2025 10:35am I WORK for DT Swiss so this is a shameless plug. No astroturfing here... We launched new dirt jump wheels today. First time we have used brass nipples in a system wheel. We are also offering the hubs separately. D 1900 CLASSIC - Dirt Jump wheels | DT Swiss

3/5/2025 2:10pm The primary source of friction in chain drives (cross chaining aside) is the links rotating as they enter each chain ring. The larger the degree that the rotate, the more friction there is. Larger chain rings equate to less friction because the chain links don't have to rotate as much. The amount of chain actually in contact with the chain ring does not matter because it's static relative to the chain ring. For example, on a 36T chain ring each link has to rotate 10 degrees relative to the adjacent link as it enters the chain ring. Meanwhile, on a...

3/4/2025 12:52pm Saw this leaked in another forum. Thought I would post here too. Looks like it’s using a Bosch motor. And looks to basically being an electrified sentinel. Name appears to be regulator SX.

3/4/2025 9:26am That’s great to hear. Thanks for the response. I hope they last like that. I really wanted to love the TRP brakes, but that lever just made everything so bad.

3/4/2025 9:25am The new brakes have a harder hitting feel similar to a Shimano. They certainly don't have as spongy a feeling as the old ones. (can't speak for hope as I haven't ridden them recently)

3/3/2025 10:23am I hated the dhr inconsistent lever feel front and rear. Always felt like a sponge ever after multiple warranty and multiple people trying. Anything would be an upgrade. I hated that once you hit full lock, you could still get more power and them all the way to the bar. I like how Hope and Shimano get to a certain point and then they don’t pull anymore and they feel as hard as a rock like breaks should
