Lol, there are many of us. I'm waiting on my 2nd frame with 210mm of rear travel but with not as outlandish geo numbers. I asked the same questions after using my downhill enduro bike and found it good for everything.

The Cecile manual photo is all time, Sven! Rad to see a power stage in the mix. Race-driven e-bike development under a bunch of former World Champs will lead to some amazing things. This is exciting.

I'm gonna take an absolutely WILD guess and say that it's an instant engagement hub...just like their BMX hub that shares the same name https://www.boxcomponents.com/Box-One-Stealth-Expert-Rear-110x10mm

Looks like there are a lot of but hurt yeti riders in here. Whats the big deal? People felt offended by a slogan and Yeti obliged and changed it. Can't y'all put yourself in someone else's shoes for a second? Should we only change things that EVERYONE agrees is bad? Not sure why so many people feel so strongly about this.

What is it that you don't get about listening to others' feelings and opinions about things and taking them to heart? It's childish. Schoolyard bullies think its fun to push other kids on the ground, but we teach them not to because it hurts others. We don't say, "It's ridiculous that the kid is hurt by the other's fun. No one is allowed to have an opposing viewpoint anymore! Down with PC culture!" If you refuse to change your ways even after someone has pointed out that they're offensive or harmful to them, just because they're 'fun', then you're willfully...

How is dropping the term going to hurt you? Its use hurts others, and it's not up to you to declare that it doesn't. Clearly, you just wish your viewpoint to be privileged over those of marginalized people. And yes, they are marginalized; the continued skepticism towards the wishes and desires of indigenous people is both cause and evidence of that.

We're excited to have the crew from MRP at your service today for our Forum Hotseat! Ask them anything here today! MRP will be online responding from 9am to 2pm PST. MRP is a long-time leader in the chainguide market and has a deep line of suspension products for the serious mountain biker looking to fine-tune their ride. MRP's Bartlett dual-crown fork is an intriguing option for enduro riders wanting long-travel precision and stiffness on the front end, and we recently saw their prototype Jackson air shock (picture above) at the Sedona MTB Festival. If you’d like some of the benefits of this fork, why not have a telescopic fork with an offset that’s achieved through the angle of the fork itself like that X fusion inverted fork. You’d get that shrinking offset as the fork uses its travel, but without giving up nearly as much comfort on landings.

With a 34 tooth chainring, probably. But most people run 32 or 30 which will bring those numbers back up

Right but the trend of increase AS increases pedal kick and decreasing AS decreases pedal kick is generally the same, they can’t be tuned independently from one another

You’re sort of right. A high single pivot bike with 100% AS in a 32/10 combo will have a bunch of pedal kick (especially if it’s longer travel), but that pedal kick is negative, and actually occurs when the suspension extends instead of compresses. AS is a phenomena that has more to do with force vectors than actual chain growth, contrary to poplar belief.
