on the c'dale team topic - there is a UCI rule that stipulates bikes/components used in racing must be available for commercial sale within a certain timeframe from when they are first raced. since c'dale didn't commercialize the DH bike they were racing, i've been wondering if that was a factor in the dissolvement of the team. per UCI: Part...

not for nothing, but giant currently isn't offering their DH bike for sale in the US, not sure if that's business driven or is somehow tangentially driven by their limited DH program - 3 riders, one of whom isn't a dedicated full time racer. nothing against EJ, one of my fav riders, but he wasn't planning on a full 2020...

No, directly fom leogang! For danny: the team manager of ms has personaly wanted danny back. He needs someone to put pressure on laury to finaly start winning more frequently and since mike jones is probanly leaving, no better person than danny to fill the spot

looks like these are the old fox 36 lowers, so they *should* be able to be retrofit to other foxzocchi forks if you want to put them on something with longer travel and run a 20mm axle.

Brandon, thanks for all the work you did here at vital that I have been able to benefit from. And best of luck with where you are going from here. Also, I second the motion to keep DH bikes and related products a regular part of Vital's reviews and move that Vital be the place where riders who love big bikes are never ignored, all in favor?

I know Trek is one of the largest bike brands in the world. But can I just say, as someone who has been mountain biking since 1995, I have never once been "wow'd" by a single Trek design. They are like the vanilla ice cream of the bike world. And my lack of excitement for them always gets increased with all the proprietary crap.

in some instances no, i'd still get notifications after toggling "stop notifications" in the individual thread even without posting. i hadn't seen the notifications setting panel previously but i've since changed it. thanks for your help!
