More like I "hate" painted instead of anodized lol. Looks cheap and tacky, kind of like plastic brembo caliper covers you get for stock brakes on the car to make it look faster haha https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/315502970018

I'm at Leogang this weekend and wanted to get a sense of how widely pedal kickback devices have been adopted by World Cuppers, along with all the other wild accessories like TMD's/shakeweights, electronics, gearboxes, and more. So out of curiosity and as a service to my fellow nerds, I stood at the top of Q1 today and counted all the devices I could. Note that certain devices were almost certainly undercounted, like shakeweights, added mass, and fancy chainring devices like Ochain or Rimpact (drivetrains were facing away from me in the starting lineup). Make tiers to how it functions. The NX Ochain has lead installed into it to make it a little heavier and 2° of disengagement. Then the GX is a smidge lighter but it contains more degrees of disengagement. The Eagle Pro Premium will give you 360° of disengagement as well a cool bird and the additional benefit of less mass moving on your body because you just emptied your wallet to buy it.

I would try the brake lever/zip tie/overnight trick, too. I've always read it was a Shimano necessity for getting air out of the lever (which sounds like your issue) but damn did it help my Mavens. I have no experience with Intends but bleeding anything from dry is going to take a little more effort.

Hey guys, I just came across this. Not a new product but an ingenious way to get handlebars perfectly aligned.

Getting motor and battery (while maintaining capacity) weight down is going to come in small increments over a long time. Too long and too out of control of bike manufacturers to appease their desire to release new models all the time. So we get "new" almost 60 pound bikes. Like most new tech, there's a step increase in advancements initially...
