If you filter this page to the M40 system it comes up with a few.... No big brands as yet though.

105NM, twin wireless bar controllers, bigger screen and a circular magnet instead of the old small single type. You have to take your hat off to these guys, I don't know where they get their ideas from. 🤣
this one has a removable battery and is light. former 600wh bosch version was 21.5kg+
not a magnet afaik but a sensor
Fair enough, my point remains.
if you know anything about the german speed of innovation, this design is most likely older than when dji released their motor...
Maybe their marketing needs to speed up too. 😉
started a thread about emtbs that are also really just e-motos here - https://www.vitalmtb.com/forums/hub/e-mtbs-are-also-e-motos-whats-going-happen
figure it needs a separate discussion from legit eMTBs
https://www.maxonbikedrive.com/de/air-s
Looks promising
are these new? crussis with dji (sorta looks like a...) - https://www.crussis.com/products/dji-motor-crussis-en

90nm in a sub 18kg Build…light or fullpower emtb? The answer is both 🤘🏼
god dammit, are emtbs going to be like every iteration of the iphone?!?!? I gotta raise my credit card limit....
commencal meta power with DJI
https://www.commencal.com/us/en/search?cgid=bike-ebikes-enduro-metapowe…
Big power, big battery, small belly. I'm very much into this! I'd prefer a dual 29" but I can make this work.
By a big margin Commencal has to be the largest volume seller offering a DJI, right? Unless I'm forgetting someone. The almost 1 yeat headsup is a little odd... maybe they're trying to get on peoples radars so they hold off buying something else? Smaller guys like Forbidden and Crestline are rushing small volume DJI bikes to market in the next couple of months but the follow up, larger release is futher off, like Commencal. If I read into that, it means...???
If what FC is saying about DJI is correct no one in the States will be getting one, even if they are happy to wait until next year.
Not sure about that, Megamo are probalby bigger with no less than 12 (!!!) spec levels with DJI.
got the new Propain Sresh SL in for testing. insta reel of the bike we have.
- 150 rear travel
- Dual 29 or mullet
- TQ with 360 or 580wh removable battery options (160 range extender available too)
our configuration is at 44-pounds / 19.95 kg with ohlins coil, 580wh battery. looks fantastic in person and like a hoot to ride. stay tuned.
details on propain site - https://www.propain-bikes.com/us/product/bikes/trail/sresh-sl/ (looks like 2 kits for U.S. with configurator options, 5 kits for elsewhere)
approximate cost U.S. and ship date of ours was built out (wheels different on actual than what i chose in configurator)
Damn better than the Yeti, coil, bigger fork, alloy wheels, enduro tyres, still lighter 🔥
Yeti usually only wins in looks and brand awareness, not so much in specs and value.
A poster in another forum is claiming to be a shop in AZ and is taking deposits on Amflow bikes, claiming they will be released on July 10th.
“Amflow PL Carbon is $7,499, and for the Amflow PL Carbon Pro, it is $10,199.”
A. I’m skeptical B. Being announced is very different from shipping.
It'll be interesting to see where this goes. It seems crazy to me that manufacturers would knowingly cut themselves off from a big chunk of their market, I'd like to see the chronology around these decisions. I wonder if DJI will pull their drones, but still support their drive system in the US?
I've brought this up several times, so if you are on other forums I apologize for the broken record, but how the F*CK can anyone ride a DJI bike that has no means of protecting the chainring? I wouldn't make it 1 ride without a bash ring/ guard. Yes, I know I suck, lots of us do and that's not the point.
It appears Crestline has handled this, but no one else has even considered it. This one fact alone leaves me on a Bosch (sans Crestline), which is a fantastic option. But still!
It was in today’s PB eurobike coverage, in a caption on the randoms day 3, with Seb Stott mentioning that Avinox and Amflow have been spun-off from DJI and are separate from one another as well. Perhaps to get around the DJI government ban? Perhaps this is contributing to the delivery delay.
That could be, would make sense.
Can you not just run a WolfTooth bash ring? I do that on my EXe. Or is something weird going on that would prevent that?
Or the clip-on plastic SRAM one that goes on their direct mount rings? I'm not sure what mount standard DJI makes but if it's ISIS that should be an option, pending crank clearance. I have one I was going to use on my Fazua situationally, but the Praxis crank arms are so thick they hit the bash.
Maybe the Amflow USA July release is actually happening. Was told this evening a shop in the Bay Area has 30 on the way.
I was told all of the options rub the cranks or motor or something like that.
But I'd be fine with that sort of solution. It's just weird that people are selling AM/ Enduro DJI bikes and just ignore this topic entirely.
