If it is 2 things come to mind, overfilled system causing the piston to over extend or sticky piston(s) not retracting enough. Can you see the pistons move in and out evenly? Slight rubbing due to warped rotors I think is fine, but if it's enough to affect wheel...

9/15/2026 11:34am Has to be, otherwise after one OTB it's gone off to the side of the trail never to be found. I wouldn't mind a screen on the handle bars a la Shimano. I don't love top tube displays for usability, though I do like the cleaner setup.

That's an awfully confident statement from someone with little or no experience operating a company with large scale outsourced production, overseas or domestic. Care to share a factual example? Also what and who is a 'marketing type brand?' Last I checked the bike industry is collection of honest brands, riders, and designers trying their best to make products of value or improve the experience and enjoyment of other cyclists. Saying a company isn’t core because Is doesn’t employ a specialist engineer that they’d only need maybe 20% of a FTE role is like Fugazi wasn’t core because they didn’t have a sound tech.

8/27/2026 12:00pm I really feel it on my M1 Avinox on flat-ish trails. If I'm going downhill the momentum I'm carrying makes it mostly a non factor. It's also a helpful sign to check my speed bc I'm not a pro and have to go to work tomorrow to earn money to support my family.

Everything I’ve been riding for a long time is past 100 and it’s harsh under foot with flats. Less ideal in my eyes. I would think that although pitching forward, having more active suspension would feel better with flats.

mine has cable rattle (the main cable that goes up to the display as it has quite some slack. most ppl on emtbforums are idiots who most probably can't discern the difference. so far one person had a faulty unit and avinox replaced it immediately. that's the content of the whole thread on m2s motor rattle. the end.

This sounds interesting, especially the last part about Shimano! Maybe I'm just extrapolating from my own preferences here, but I feel that most MTBers who have been in the sport for a while thought the previous-gen Bosch motors were already powerful enough, and that they'd rather have the lightest possible motor + battery package at that power level than even more power and bigger batteries.

I was told no new Enduro until at least 2027, I figured it was going to be a Sea Otter release given most companies wouldn’t want to release a bike in the dead of Winter in the US. Did anyone else working at a Specialized dealer get any “When’s the new Enduro coming out?” stickers? My rep claimed he made them, but I’ve never gotten a single piece of swag from that dude in 10+ years, so it made me skeptical that Specialized was drumming up a very slow marketing campaign.
