for the rear i swapped the ex511 with a fr541 on the enduro rig. i usually whack the rear rim after one season (not true anymore and dents) keen on the result by the end of the season. so far notably stiffer than the ex511 in terms of sideloads and flexing. still flexier than most of those ultra stiff rims that just makes for a harsh ride.

Rob should really take that down since Chris Ball didn't say he had a contract place with anyone. While it does sort of sound like Ball said, "Unfortunately, you're right, it he had a contract, didn't work out." Chris Ball actually says, "Unfortunately, you're right, it yea the contract didn't work out."

1/20/2023 12:45am Rewatching thos 2009 videos after 14 years really brings back memories!! Back then watching the video made me drooling over the new steed. All i can think now is "gosh, those bikes look ridiculous!" this was the last 26" dh bike that won a worldcup wasn't it?

I did a survey in which I asked what the riders spend was. I think what I need to do is allow users to change this dynamically since every region is very different. For example, my local trail system is a 5 mile XC track and average spend is low but a bike park, like you said, can be ~$150/day. I’ll make that change.

Having sold lots of RMB full-suspension for a couple of years, the Rocky Ride-9 gets left in "neutral" by the vast majority of buyers, and slammed into lowest/slackest by almost everyone else. There's always one guy who climbs in one setting, busts out a multitool at the top of the hill, and then descends in a different setting. I think his name is Gerhard, maybe Dieter, I can't remember, but he wears full lycra with short-finger gloves and can make the switchover in less than 2 minutes.
