Saw this banner this morning, guess it got put out too early.
All of Sram’s new road brakes, released after DB 8s, Mavens and Motives, still use DOT, strangely enough. (If anyone cares.)
Maybe two different bikes/launch date? The post on their instagram still has the 4/9/26 time stamp.

curious how these will stack up to saint SPDs. while I love those pedals, they are absolute boat anchors.
If they are claiming that the platform supports the shoe, how can they ensure that plus ensure reliable clipping in?
Here's the Meta Power SX Avinox. It lists all specs save for the specific motor.

PS. New saint flat pedals releasing later this month…. Except they are from 2021, when they first released and then quickly got shelved because the axles were breaking. So they finally updated the axles, only took five years 😂
for a split second i got reallllllll excited when I read "new saint". 😂
The remaining RockShox forks and shocks are finally officially live:
Zeb - https://www.vitalmtb.com/forums/hub/2027-rockshox-zeb-fork-tech-info-impressions-discussion
Lyrik and Super Deluxe - https://www.vitalmtb.com/features/first-look-my27-rockshox-lyrik-fork-and-super-deluxe-shock
Vivid - https://www.vitalmtb.com/product/guide/rear-shocks/rockshox/vivid-ultimate-2027-75181
There is a lot of trickle down tech that was first released with Boxxer and Vivid Coil. My time has been most spent on the new Zeb, and it's been really really impressive. So much grip, really light off the top and easy on the hands, new ABO adjustment is really useful and impactful, and the fork has felt the same day in and day out. It's definitely linear, so has a different feel. More muted and calm, less rampy and responsive. But I've loved it.
so where is the new SRAM stuff?
Nice to see the Lyrik doing 170 again! I still have an older model with air shafts from 130 to 180, it never says no to a party

I just had a test bike show up yesterday. Haven't even built it yet. Let me know if there are any specific things you want covered or answered about the bike in the upcoming review. 🤙
Since we all probably forgot what they looked like:

Looks like legacy eagle is getting an update
S100/S200/S500
I am not in the camp of being lighter... 195er myself. but stoked to see 170 lyrik make a return for folks. my wife will be pumped!
only bummer.... dang, them some portly lyriks now. gained a bit of weight. borderline old zeb weights
New Transition e-bike builds with all the new stuff, including the new DT Swiss 1700 wheels.

Here's all the updated SRAM Eagle stuff. Big day for components...

So no higher end mechanical+UDH drivetrain? Bummer.
Is it just me, or the new Zeb's (and probably Lyrik) arch does not look like it was casted in one piece, specifically the bridge? (Photo from NSMB )

Also, this new flat design does not appear to be optimal stiffness to weight.
I need to keep my inner Brian in check to not rant on these chainstays.
Well this is interesting!

However, seems like SRAM does not offer any multi-click (rapidfire) mechanical shifters (non-Transmission) anymore...
Eagle 110 shifter would be awesome. Just did the 90 swap over and it’s way better than I thought it would be, but I’d sure like to have a super fancy shifter. Something on par with mechanical xo1 quality.
Looks one piece to me, just looks a bit different where plastic is intended to cover that center part.
Patience my Son. Patience.
