FWIW things could change through time and it could depend on when the source was privy to the information. Or people in the know share different info just to stir the pot.

For world cups Norco has Danny gracey Erice bodhi Lena. Who would be leaving ? Hasn’t it been confirmed Danny’s on another year.

Chris and Wyn were both saying “Dak to Scott” on the latest Downtime pod.

2 year contract for Danny at Norco has been confirmed.

I could see a scenario where he goes to Nukeproof as recently rumoured. During his 2024 season on GT he was working with Dale McMullen who is an engineer at Nukeproof and the one who was modifying the GT to get more flex etc. Danny did pretty well on that bike and seemed to get quicker as the modifications progressed. So working with dale again might be successful. Excellent info on that bike here https://www.vitalmtb.com/forums/hub/mtb-compliance-analysis-danny-harts…

Sounds like he was struggling to get a good setup on the norco this past season and Alan Milway and Greg both mentioned that they needed to improve the setup and get it working for Danny. Norco made a lot of noise about having engineers at the races and were doing a lot of work on the bike throughout 2025, so maybe this is comparable to what the relationship/support would be at Nukeproof with Dale.

Maybe the high pivot Norco just doesn't work for his riding style and the Nukeproof is a bike he rode previously and perhaps feels suits him better. Let's see, either way I'm hoping we see Danny in a few more finals next year.

Since no one outside the team has ridden that Norco it's difficult to say what the ride characteristic is, clearly works for Gracie, but maybe not for everyone. Superficially the Norco pivot/idler location looks higher than the GT, obviously lots of other factors to the overall ride characteristic.

Anyone watch Danny’s latest vlog on YouTube?

He’s riding a Norco but doesn’t mention anything about them like he has in previous vlogs. Doesn’t show any Norco branding either.

We know he signed with Norco for 2 years

but maybe there was some sort of buy out so Norco could find a younger rider who’s top 10. ? Never know until sometime in January or when teams start announcing their lineups publicly.,

Would love to still see him on a Norco though

Can anyone provide an update on who is going where, what new teams have formed, or what teams (besides MOB ) fell apart.

Kolb -> SC

Holl -> Commencal Schwalbe

O'Callaghan -> Trek

...

Axess Intense > Axess Nikeproof seems fairly likely.

It will be interesting to see if Mondraker stay on Fox suspension or follow a similar path to Commencal Muc off, taking SRAM brakes and drivetrain one season and then the full SRAM/Rockshox the next.

All the best Barney! Is this retirement or moving to another team?

Danny also had a couple of moderate injuries that flew mostly under the radar this season.

IIRC he broke a couple of ribs at one point. I'm a bit surprised his injuries didn't get talked about more.

Is moi moi back on canyon? Looks like a purple strive, don't see a reason why he'd be running a strive he had from his time with canyon if he still has the YTs

Judging by the old Blackbox suspension and that colorway, that is the last Canyon Moir had when he was  on CFR,  so not a new bike, see this post https://www.instagram.com/p/CietO0Gs4jp/?img_index=1

Will be interesting to see if he actual signs for them as a "free agent", especially seen as Canyon's marketing budget took a hit with lower sales etc..

Interesting about the Frenchie to Norco, as there were only two French juniors who consistently qualified in junior men's last year and that was the Alran bros. And I can't see either leaving Commencal (we saw Till training with Amaury last week anyways).

And there were no consistent French female juniors last season either? Hmmmmmmm

Commencal have too many elite men for 2026, so someone has to go elsewhere, I can imagine an Alran brother could be worth a lot on the open market.

Ok probably not right take coming in but, what if it's maples to frameworks/Scott, Vergier to Norco with past mentor Minnar, and Vali to the Commencal Muc-off main team. I know Loris just signed it's unlikely but can't think of many other fast franchise outside Coulanges and Daprela and I don't see Norco grabbing either.

Pretty spot on. From what I could tell it was the same team as last year plus Osin. All on matching blue and orange sessions. I don’t think it’s an issue posting this since they set up at the shuttle spot with two factory trek vans, at least 20 people deep, with music blasting all morning, at a well known spot on a busy weekend. They had quite the setup, only thing they seem to have forgotten to bring was some shovels 😉
