Interestingly, they state it as +1 on the roster - that reads to me as if he isn't replacing someone, so to speak - i.e Laurie will be around next year.
"+1 on the syndicate" indicates that no one is leaving, just andi kolb joining. future will tell.

When you look at the history of the Syndicate, this is isn't too surprising... They seem to be fairly loyal to their riders.. Or, Laurie is on a multi year contract.. Definitely a strong team there..
