On the topic of clear bike, I very much doubt anyone from Scott touched it before it was finished. I have a bud that only does similar types of marketing materials for all sorts of industry. My guess would be cast resin in a silicone mould, anything else is (even more) cost prohibitive.

Anyone know how much a Pademelon is? Almost all the pros at Maydena have been testing them this off season
Hopey site points to their site now.
But their site is just a "put your email address in the box" site.

But...they have a National Champion and zero sales so hopefully they hop to it.

So Yeti is a DW (suspension link designed by Dave Weagle) historical DW bikes don’t really change such as Ibis, Yeti, Evil. But recent years that hasn’t been 100% true. With Pivot changing their whole line up to a new platform with some of the same DW attributes. Or Devinci changing all their bikes to all 4 bar horst link.
TL;DR: maybe, but I wouldn’t count on it. I definitely wouldn’t count on it being anything other than a DWish platform.
Ibis and Pivot utilize DW Link
Yeti isn't DW Link
Evil isn't DW Link, they're linkage driven single pivot
Devinci were never DW Link, they're Split Pivot
Being designed by Dave Weagle does not make something a DW Link

Wasn't switch infinity a DW patent work around IIRC?

I was in Maydena in January and talked to someone who had one, he was raving about it. Said he’ll never ride a bike without one ever again, also said arm pump is never an issue anymore with it.
As for cost I’m pretty sure the dampener costs almost as much as the fork you’re installing it on. He was probably talking Australian dollars, not USD, so maybe a bit less, was trying to see if i could get my hands on one, but that price he mentioned put me off for the time being.

Definitely an ebike, you can see the small Shimano screen and the thrid cable between the front brake and the dropper remote

The acros lower headset bearings on my Hugene disassembled itself while in the bike after 2 months of light riding (long COVID recovery right after I got the bike).
To their credit Propain sent a replacement but I replaced it with a King headset that has been trouble free for more than a year.
Not being able to swap the acros headset is a deal breaker.
On the other hand, the pivot hardware has been excellent. Still running like new.
Yeti's Switch isn't a DW design. It's actually a DE design, as in David Earle of Sotto Group. Same homie behind the Sine sus on Alchemy (in itself just a var. of Switch). There are more Dave's involved in suspension design than just Weagle Beagle.
“Dampener” is the verbiage equivalent of counting clicks from open and helmets with removable chin bars.
"Dampener" is the equivalent of putting your fork on backwards. We owe these people a heads up. Whether they choose to listen is their choice. And yes, this is a real image from an issue of Men's Health.
I heard its best to run the Fox 38s and Zebs with full dampening. Also important to add an s to the end of every forks name too (cause why not). Find me at your local blue flow trail this weekend blasting Nickelback from my bluetooth speaker.

Next iteration will have a "dampener" in the steer tube
Any other observations?
What is the pose lmao

What was the price ?
WRP is designing a Steering damper also, based on the CRF damper I think.
What a dampener may look like
Tried to install one of these on my fork, but ended up taking it to a shop. This is a tough installation if you don’t know what you’re doing…

I appreciate your dedication to this cause.
Psss... Don't spill the beans on the wireless shifter version. Or the shifterless, auto-shifting one!
Evil's D.E.L.T.A link stands for "Daves' Entirely Legitimate Travel Apparatus". Not a DW Link.
It's actually DAVE’S EXTRA LEGITIMATE TRAVEL APPARATUS
But yea, hence why I said it isn't a DW Link
Ah right. Guess I could have googled before putting it here.
It’s “The DW Link” but it is a type of DW link.
I think it’s “Extra” not “Entirely.”
