But who knows... Maybe Intense has a rich investor or so...
wheels look quite big (just like the HT LT next to it), no?
And what about Gaetan Vigè and Brendog`?
In light of the big team bus sale going on....
Big news: Aaron Gwin confirmed that he will leave the Mob, but that they will stay with YT. Please check the comments in his last post. He did not say where he is going...but my money would be on Trek. I would also assume that Angel Suarez will stay with YT. He was testing the 29er Tues just recently.
Re.: Loris Vergier. Spoke to him at the World Champs. He will stay with Santa Cruz.
Also, interesting about Gwin...
The colorway happens to be stock HTLT. Both these dudes are pretty tall so the wheels look smaller.
The photographer just PMd me that Loris bike is a standard Bronson (and not a 29er prototype in bronson colorway).
Funny thing is - the bronson is using an X2 shock - as the bronson officially does not fit an X2 :-)
Regardless the height, the tires are really really meaty and the rims thick for a 29er. And the stanchions on the forks look long for a 29er fork.
EDIT: so i guess it is just the angle of the photo. Oh well... Still seems strange to me, even if it is Minnaar's XXL bike.
This post blew out my theory I had posted previously...
I'm guessing Martin put a good chunk of cash into the team and now owns it... YT is rumored to be having cash flow issues... The best way to keep the current Mob going is to cut out Aaron and Neko and get in a couple of lower paychecks... Probably will be 23 degrees riders...
As for Aaron asking for triple of the amount I posted earlier, he would price himself onto the couch...
