This is cool IMO. That zone has seen hundreds or thousands of riders digging, riding and filming at that spot since the very first rampage. Will be interesting to see what the builders do for this area and the riders do to have some unique and bigger hits there. The problem with the Trans races is that they exist more as a "vacation" showpiece than a real race. As someone who shot a bunch of those Vital slideshows during the peak EWS years, I recall that being the case too. For fans of the enduro format the long form coverage was great and the slideshows told a compelling story, especially over two day races. Not to be that guy that responds twice, but I often wondered if and how attention spans and social media played into the demise of the enduro format as well. I remember a decade ago long form photography essays and longer recap videos were the norm and celebrated, I think people's ability to appreciate that kind of content has significantly waned. I think people are really missing out on a lot of benefits when they don't stand up for at least steeper parts of a climb, you use so much higher gear for this technique that you get to the top much faster, using different muscle spectrum to get there so spreading the fatigue more evenly between them is also pretty good benefit. It takes some time to learn proper technique, sure, I would be surprised if even very average Joe would need more than 10 decent rides to figure it out and benefit for the rest of his riding life.

In my Defense, I bought them all at once as they were decent price and Im a big oneup fan. Think I got them on the 2nd drop as first lot sold pretty quick. - The one I have built as 27.5 for the Ebike is less draggy now but its done alot of work, got anther 27.5 and one 29, Tried using them on the DH bike but Still quite noticeable
