They were reformed a few years ago to become the corporate conglomerate of outdoor publications. They’ve been buying anything up with value. They bought pink bike for Trailforks as much or more so than the editorial side. Seems a major focus is in apps whether they be health, navigation, or sport training related. I’m glad for hradek. I’m sure the payout was pretty damn spectacular. He undoubtedly started something really cool and deserves a bonus now he’s ready.
