Seems like it’s always mentioned which is good but I can’t believe how many people won’t even stop and move a small branch/medium size branch off a trail. Pretty embarrassing when you see how many riders use the trails and how few are willing to even give 2-3 mins of time.

Trail work is def in for this year. Starter clearing brush for my track today.!

I totally get what you are saying but thats not how for profit corporations work.

Vero Sandler on Santa Cruz! Great fit! Can‘t wait to see with what they come up together

Now, if they can add a young top woman to that squad...

Also has this note about Ethan Shandro. Hopefully he can come back strong for 2022: Ethan Shandro, who was unable to race 2020, will step back from the team in 2021 as he recovers from concussion symptoms. Trek will continue to support Ethan as he works towards a return to full-time racing.

Let's be honest, where else was he going?

Well, Giant is the biggest manufacturer in the world. (of decent bikes, is you skip Chinese or Indian cheap Walmart-like bike makers) They make frames for Giant and at least a dozen of well known brands. Then add the current global situation when you have to wait for some OEM parts up to 500 days and I think they are just flat out making frames. Brand awareness is not so important when you cant get enough bikes to supply the demand. I think..

Concerning Barelli, I think he'll just get personal sponsorhips, given he is over racing as of now. I wonder how money there is in the new way of representing brands other than racing nowadays, looks like there are so many riders following this path ( which is fine for me, so that you know). (Ban the dude already)

That’s interesting, but to be honest, after the whole Crank-gate issue where his mechanic had to fall on the sword, it’s hard to take anything from him directly at face-value. Now, and I know this is likely a very unpopular opinion, but it feels like he is past his prime. Yes, he had a podium or two last year, but I think he has too much on his plate owning a team. He has lost the consistency he had for years. And bring on the thumbs down votes....

Maybe cube just thinks they're on a break.
