This isn't really a 'team rumour' but moreso a move to MTB: Peter Sagan wants to stop racing exclusively WorldTour road at the end of this year and focus on Olympic MTB for Paris 2024 https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/peter-sagan-to-retire-from-road-at-end… He seems to indicate he will stay on with his current road team (which as far as I know doesn't have an XC team), but they're on Specialized so he won't have to pull a Pidcock and run an unbranded frame to please sponsors.

The "GIANT Swiss Enduro Team" is very happy to present the current German Champion U21, Lasse Eschler, as a new team rider! Lasse was born in Germany in 2005, also has a German UCI license, but has lived in Switzerland since 2010.
